Holiday and phones?

im going on holiday to fuerteventura and im on contract with 02 will it cost me if a call like other people who are also going on the holiday

Hi Rob,

Start of by asking your provider - 02.  They will of course tell you what charges are applicable.  

If you are going for a normal sort of holiday ie. a couple of weeks, it probably won't cost a fortune just to accept the local tarrif.  If you intend a long stay or do a h**l of a lot of talkin while you are away, it may be worth buying either a local SIM card or a basic Pay-as-you-go phone and some credit.

My advice - stop all the chat and get on with enjoyin your time in the sun - chat when you get back in UK in the rain ;o) ...remember - sun,sea and surf (and babes maybe). If they are on holiday with you, all turn off the phones and spend the money down the nearest bar instead.
