Holiday cottage near Ripon?

Have tried in vain to locate a holiday cottage within around 5 miles of ripon that will sleep 5 and is available on week of 2nd August or 9th, for about £500 rental, no pets. Any leads welcome

Have you tried Flamingo Land, the theme park near Ripon?

They have a large caravan/holiday home area open all summer.
