Holiday help please?

Hey all :)

I am looking to take my girlfriend to Italy in early May next year for her birthday. We would like to stay for a week, somewhere near Rome and preferably in a private Villa/apartment. Does anybody know where the best and cheapest place is to book Villas and flights with the same company online? We are smokers and it would have to have somewhere at least outside the property to smoke.

I think the best way is to look on the internet for Italian holiday rental agents and give your specifications until you find one that is a close match.
