Holiday in majorca?

in 1989 i went on a holiday to Arenal in Majorca has anyone else been and does the resort still excist as i dont think it does?

I called there on the way to the airport i think in 2003...and HATED it! lol...but it's definitely still there :-p

Yes it is,Arenal is may be not the place for the younger ones, night life is still in the 89s!!!!

It's still there  but has been turned into a German resort.

I visited it last August, and one of the few remaining English bars, and he was closing, said it was a deliberate ploy to keep the Brits and the Germans apart.

The brits, by the way, were allocated Magaluf.

yes its still there, awful place,spent a week there one day .

Yes its still there!  I travel every winter to C'an Pastilla with is just before Arenal.  Yes it is quiet, but if you like walking along the seafront etc its lovely.  I wouldn't go for a week, 3 or 4 nights is ideal.  With cheap flights and accommodation, and the resort being so near the airport, its ideal for a few days break.  

Its well worth a visit to C'an Pastilla which is more for Brits and walking along to Arenal.

Arenal is still there!!!  Not so popular with Brits now, though.

yes its still there, its not kept up with the rest of the island, more laid back, quiet, nice but time warp.
