  1. try http://www.portwood.co.uk/travel-insuran... where you can get quotes with contact details for minor pre-existing medical conditions or immediate cover if that is required.

    No age limits.

  2. Yes you can get insurance if you have a medical condition, be sure to disclose it on your application. Obviously the more serious the illness the more expensive it will be. If you are travelling within the EEC take an E111 this will cover you during any emergency and all treatment will be offered to you free of charge. This is sometimes the easier option, not only financially but in case of an emergency the state hospitals are always easy to find and known by all the locals, in addition to which they normally have specialist Doctors and equipment which all private hospitals don't have. Enjoy your holiday and hope it's healthy!

  3. try the TSB bank as they were the cheapest when we took my mum on holiday and also a few people who have used it and said they were the best one person going to Australia with cancer saved hundreds of pounds ?good luck

  4. You will be able to get insurance for some pre existing medical conditions but you will pay more for the insurance. Shop around if you are refused by one insurer.

  5. If the question is "Can you get holiday insurance for a pre-existing medical condition?" the answer is 'Yes'.  Just tell the insurer when you apply for cover and they will adjust the premium or refuse to provide cover, in which case you shop around.  In my experience, the additional premium is only modest provided the person is not travelling against medical advice.

  6. Try www.karmainsurance.com

I'm thinking of using them when I go to America and their quotes were really cheap :)
