I am in nee d of a holiday work as a carer please advise.

previous hols have been with a manic depresssive... i am in need of a good chill out break. Thanks.

  1. hit the beach!! Spend a week just relaxing, treat yourself to a nice hotel with a spa, get a massage, chill out in the sun!

    Or if you want to do touristy stuff, start looking up destinations that have a lot of things you like...if you're into museums and such, go to a big city and wander the galleries with some headphones on. Whatever you do, just ignore the other people around you and focus on yourself! Vaction is the best time to be self-centered ;)


  2. take a cruise... ANYWHERE. you will be pampered from the minute you board the ship, to the minute you leave it. you can relax and do as little as you want or do as much as you want. no one will hassle you. they are GREAT stress busters.
