Holiday rep?

Question

i would like be a holiday rep once i turn 18 (only 3 months away)

but im not sure of what they are looking for in you when you apply.

i dont have any work experience, and average gcses.

i was going to try voluntary work, do you think it is worth it?

can any former reps help me please?

i'm desperate to leave where i live and start a new life in turkey :(

The hotels and resorts are usually looking for an animators. If you have any talents, just contact the biggest ones.
