Holiday villas?

i dont know if its true, but i was told that there is this company that has a villa in your name, they rent it out (for holidays) in your name and you get to stay there for a holiday when you wont, and you get the villa in about 20 - 30 years is it true, no horrible answers please

It is true and it's called timeshare. It's quite popular in some parts of the world.
