Holidays in central america not too expensive?

i am looking for a website or organisation that could give me some information about trips to central america.

i am quite sportive, so i want to dive or surf or others...

not too expensive .

The Caribbean coast of Honduras and the Bay Islands offer excellent scuba diving, whitewater rafting, and other attractions for reasonable prices as long as you steer clear of the really touristy places.  Roatan is the biggest and most expensive  of the Bay Islands but you can still find reasonable accommodations there or on one of the smaller islands.  Check out La Ceiba, Hn., Tela, Hn or The Honduras Bay Islands on the web.  Tons of information.
