Holliday in italy not ecceptable response from company need help how do abta work?

i have recieved a disapointing answer to a complaint to my resent holliday .how do i know my rights?

Were you fired from your job because you went on  vacation in Italy?  What is the reason for the complaint? Did you have holiday time coming from your work? Did you ask for the time off in advance?
