  1. its all nice and puffy and harmonious

  2. I am in the navy now i joined in early february and the people who came in and were there for thanksgiving and xmas were not allowed to go home for the holidays they didn't even get a day off in boot camp you don't have days off in boot camp at all but on sundays you get from 7 til 13 to shower, iron, and write leters home

my advice is to enjoy boot camp i thought it got fun towards the end.

My advice to u is to have your recruiter explain how to recognize chiefs and petty officers if you call people by the proper title it will make your first few days less stressful

    good luck

  3. Holiday routine. Not much different than your regular boot camp schedule, except less pushups and classes,

  4. Most training classes will stop for Christmas as the instructors and leaders will want to take leave. However, stay on post as long as you can and try not to use a lot of your leave time, because you won't have earned much as a recruit. You earn 2.5 days per month, and you don't want to be in the hole that much. But you should be able to get a day or so off maybe two pretty easy
