Sorry for asking all these HCO questions but i really just would like to know as much as possible before going in there i feel that's my best bet is to know as much as possible about it.

My question is when i put my application in ill be in the store right?

Also will i most deffinetly get a call back for a interview or if there a chance i wont?

And lastly is what are my chances in the group meeting are there lots of people or very few? Are they almost all 17 and 18 or are some older?

  1. When you apply online you sign up for any interview, or you can show up at any interview that they have (usually three days a week at 4 o'clock.)  My interview had 8 people or so, and they are all around that age yes.  Its not really an interview its more like are you a people person.  They ask questions like "What do you think diversity is and why is it important" and "how would you handle a rude customer". Stupid stuff like that.  Good luck.

Yea the answers don't really matter...as long as you are engaging the managers you'll get hired....and for the diversity thing I said that its important because if a minority walked into a store with all white people he/she might feel out of place and not welcome, and its important because it allows the customer to relate to the workers....but your answer is good too.
