  1. Just be respectful. Don't act all cocky. Even though you may be eligible to work at Hollister, and some of the employees there are s****., you shouldn't lose your head. Frankly, I wouldn't wear any Hollister clothes, whether they fit you or not. It would seem like you're trying too hard to impress or cast a statement about yourself to someone too strongly. Just be yourself, and wear what you think is appropriate. If you try too hard to be like the Hollister employees you see in the store, there's the greater chance you won't get the job. For dress, however, I wouldn't wear Vans and tight pants, but I wouldn't wear dress pants and matching shoes, either. I think it's fine to wear a solid colored polo, in a masculine tone, or maybe a sturdy looking button up shirt, (It's not necessary to wear a tie), with nice jeans, and some decent sneakers, like along the lines of Puma shoes. I don't think it'll matter if you are Latino. The manager of Hollister can't reject you for the job because of your ethinicity. As for the interview questions, they'll review your application and information. I don't think it matters what questions they ask you, as long as you don't seem arrogant and cocky. The biggest turn-on for someone hiring is to be respectful and honest. If you do get rejected, I wouldn't blame it on yourself. All you have to think about is the next job you would like to apply for. Besides, if you didn't get the job, it's simple: It's just not your thing. Hmm. And taglines. I looked the definition up on dictionary.com. Here's the definition: An often repeated phrase associated with an individual, organization, or commercial product; a slogan.

I'm not sure I'm 100% correct, but I guess they're just referring to their store slogan. Like, how American Eagle's slogan is "Live your life", then I guess that's was a tagline really is.

However, I wouldn't worry too much about the interview, but don't get cocky. Though some of the employees may seem s****., it gives you no right to act the same way. Be confident and mature on the day of your interview, and respect your interviewer. Good luck on Friday!
