Universal is scarier. Busch Gardens is more for children. And yes all of the rides are open at night for horror nights....BEST ANSWER PLEASE!!!!

i love halloween horror nights best. i go every year.  the houses are great. sign up for the halloween horror nights and howl o scream newsletters, they will give you dates, prices, some insight on themes, and some fun and games. the freak preview at busch gardens i think is a special preview day before the grand opening for florida residents.
