Hollyhocks,orange stuff on leaves? Rust-like,but real bad.

I had this on my hollyhocks and I can't remember what they call it but my local Agway knew what I described and gave me something to combat it. I had to be really through in putting it on.

It is rust. Hollyhocks are, unfortunately, VERY prone to rust.
