Hollyoak Mad Sam, a threat to Booked In - Sittingbourne Super Standard
In-form Hollyoak Mad Sam will look to continue his winning journey in the Sittingbourne Super Standard on Sunday, May 27th. Booked In is currently heading the market, but cannot take anything for granted in today’s 500 metres contest, getting
underway at 20:29 GMT.
Besides the aforementioned pair, four quality runners are all set to unleash their talent. Their names are: Verdun Sunset, Monlena Rumble, Big Flop and Wellview Jazz. The winning hound will receive a cash prize worth £200.
Booked In is coming into this competition after recording a wonderful win at Romford. A comprehensive victory would have boosted up his confidence significantly.
Yet, he will have to come up with a different proposition, as it is an entirely different contest today. In his last outing over 500 metres, the black dog was not impressive, as he finished fourth behind Forest Hero.
On the other hand, Hollyoak Mad Sam is all set to spoil Booked In’s party. The black dog is having a good time these days. He won three of the last four competitions at this venue and despite the fact that there were not Open races, it is hard to overlook
his good form.
Despite a bumped run up, R. Butler’s trainee sealed the top rank by one and a quarter lengths last time around.
Verdun Sunset was last seen in an A2 event in which he failed to make an impact. After a huge error at the first bend, he was never in position to aim for the top rank. Consequently, the black dog finished third on the table.
Wellview Jazz generally runs over longer distances. Moreover, he is not in good form these days. So, he has no chance at all. Monlena Rumble has been running well over the past few weeks, but cannot buy a win right now.
Big Flop is more than capable of doing a wonderful job. The black dog recently won a 480 metres contest, but it was a weaker opposition that day. So, it is hard to expect him to win an open race.
Booked In boasts a strong profile and can win such races easily. If he succeeds in controlling Hollyoak Mad Sam, no one will be able to stop him. Good luck to everyone.
