Hollywood California what is it like

Question

I have always wanted to go to Hollywood,California but we dont have the money will yall please tell me what it is like and send pictures and videos of it i have always wanted to see the Hollywood sign. If yall do this i will be so happy. and i have been upset lately so please be nice and send me some stuff about Hollywood,California. or just about California.

When your on the freeway heading towards Hollywood it always puts a smile on my face seeing the buildings and the lights. It is very tourist but if you've never been here you have to see it first. The Hollywood sign is beautiful I always see it when I head to my favorite place to eat. Hollywood has a cool Mall on Hollywood Blvd. Also have the Mann Chinese theatre which has seen its glamorous premieres also El Capitan shows some great stuff. Pantages and all the theatres not to mention Jimmy Kimmel is filmed there too pretty cool. Driving down the Sunset Strip is also beautiful. My only advise is stay out of W. Hollywood...Not cool

ermm..there's many hollywoods, west hollywood, north hollywood, east and south hollywood...but i'm assuming that you are taking about the movie thingy hollywood...personally, i don't think it's so WOW since i live near hollywood. full of tourists, beggars, weird people, and it's a bit ugly.

Hollywood is, in my opinion, kind of seedy and touristy. But if you're looking for sunshine, a bit of glamour, and great people-watching, there are plenty of other places around L.A. that will give you just that. LA is pretty interesting. but i don't really know too much about it. i went to universal studios, it was really fun. oh and so was Disney Land. I passed magic mountain[theme park] on my way there, and must i say, at night, it looks really pretty.

I'm from NORcal and well Santa Cruz[beach/mini theme park/arcade] has a  lot of nice people and it's really fun. San Francisco is a load of sight seeing like Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz. i live in the bay area by the way, near San Fran.

SOcal has a lot of stuff to do now that i think of it. But either way, California is a really pretty place:)

There's quite a bit of sightseeing to do in Hollywood.

Kodak Theatre, Universal Studios, Sunset Strip, Walk of Fame.

It's pretty cool for a first time visit, a bit of 'same old same old' if you live in Hollywood or neighboring communities.

TBH, there are much nicer places to visit in LA.
