Hollywood party ideas?

I am throwing a hollywood themed party for my co workers and I am in need of some idea's for decorations, things to do, food, beverages....anything and everything.

I want to have a hollywood theme party too! i love to design and decorate so he are so tips!

1. put a res carpet outside of the house or building that leads inside.

2. have lights flashing inside.

4. hang movie posters all around.

5. paint or hang HOLLYWOOD on a wall.

if there is a sidewalk coming into the party venue you can make pink sidewalk stars with each guests name on it, a red carpet is needed for sure (just get a roll of red plastic table coverings from a party supply store). see if you can get a large roll of paper and paint the Hollywood hill and sign for a backdrop on a wall. find some celebrity cardboard cutouts to have all around the room, anything silver and gold glitter is great for decorations, disco ball, strobe light set on low to look like paparazzi flashes. maybe you could have an awards ceremony and hand out trophies to everyone for various things like- most prompt (or late) to work every day, best phone voice, biggest butt kisser, biggest solitaire player, etc. play a celebrity match game- pick out celebrity photos and put the pictures down one side of a paper, then mix up the names down the other side (add an extra one to make more confusing)- you could also do this with celebrities and their weird baby's names down the other side. movie trivia game, I've seen DVD ones in the stores.
