Hi there! We have Holmes HASF-9 10 inch Velocity Blizzard Stand Fan. One of my son's birthday balloons got sucked into it and the streamer ribbons is wrapped around the blades and motor. We can find no way of getting the front or back off to remove the ribbon. Is there anyway to do this without damaging the fan. There seems to be no screws to remove, it seems like it is just glued on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
