I’m not aware of a web site. Leblanc serial numbers are difficult to assess for a number of reasons. The original corporate records from Leblanc were either destroyed or transferred to the National Museum of Music at the University of South Dakota. I currently own 4 Leblanc’s (3 Al Hirt’s and a sonic 707) that have serial numbers in proximity to yours. Assuming that your horn is a “Made in Paris” Leblanc, then I would estimate the year between 1962 to 1963.
