  1. i don't know but i was at one of Kelly Pavlik's workouts at South side boxing gym in Youngstown  and Kelly was squating about 850 and benching about 360 don't let the look fool you the man is a beast and CNW there is no way u squated 1000pds i mean the world record is 1050

  2. as a boxer ur goal should be to improve in boxing not lifting.  i dont think there really is a set amount you have to bench or squat as long as you can box well.

but all i know is that a good bench is 1.5x ur weight and a good squat is 2.5x ur weight.  u might not ever reach those numbers but that doesnt mean u cant be a good fighter.

800-1000 lbs squat? jeez the guy isnt a powerlifter hes a boxer lol thats insane

  3. Depends on your style, you SOUND like a brawler, in which case, Power should be your top priority. bench id say 300 lbs is a goal to shoot for. Squat, id say around 800-1000 lbs.

Squatting a 1000 lbs is not unrealistic, and again, I had to guess at his style that he was a brawler. I could squat a 1000 at 18. And i assume being young he wanted to shoot for a high goal.

  4. bout 350-500??? but of course how would i no im a GIRL!!!
