  1. God,I hope this is not true!

Tyson will go curl up in his corner and cry after 3 rounds.

  2. Odd you should ask that.I have a great photo of my son with Evander Holyfield as my desktop screensaver. He met him on Saturday and had the craic with him about boxing when he bought his book and got him to sign it.He asked him if he was going to watch the fight that night and he said yeah he planned to.He must've flown back especially for it, as he was ringside. Not as big as my son expected him to be.Nice guy though. He never mentioned Tyson, pity you didn't ask sooner I could have got him to ask directly!

My money would be on Tyson.

  3. Yes, but as of right now thats all they are- rumors.  Tyson said the only one who can make him have an "affair" with boxing again is Holyfield, and Holyfield said that he would fight Tyson again if the money is right.  I don't think Tyson has what it takes to take Holyfield out especially at this stage of his career.  Holyfield's heart was and is too big for Tyson to deal with- history has shown that if you stand up to Tyson, theres a good chance he will fall.  Thats why he bit Evander's ear in their second fight; he knew he couldn't win, so he found a way out of the fight.  Evander would most likely knock him out again if they fought even though he too is past his prime, but he has much more left in the tank at this stage than Tyson does.

  4. "Rife", not "ryfe". As to who'll win, if I knew that I would mortgage the house and bet all my money on the outcome, wouldn't I?

  5. it  all depends on tyson's reflexes after his retirement.

recently, i seen some of tysons early bouts, and how quick his reflexes were, and i doubt at 41 (now), he can be that quick again....but he will still have his punch.

evander is getting old as well (in boxing terms) and i don't know how long he will last before (god forbid) he gets hurt....still holyfield should be the favourite.
