So I'm really good with home theater I just want to learn a little more about it. Could you provide a link with everything from RCA cables to monster cables, to monster wire, and basically all the accessories. That you need for home theater I'm in the process of studying about it. I don't want no sites to learn more about it I want a site where you can buy all that stuff because I might pull up a link to learn about it. I just need a site where you can buy all that stuff. Please dont put the site bestbuy.com or circuitcity.com or ultimateelectronics.com becasue I've already looked at those site. Oh here is a tip for a you people You can go to radioshack if you don't have a lot of money at the time and basically buy the same quailty. So please help. Thanks in advance:)

  1. So you are focused on the wires?  You have a lot to learn as these are almost the least important part, but the most over-hyped.

I have put 2 links below to companies that manufacture cables to professionals.  This is where sound and video engineers go to select cables for professional studios.

The third link is Markertek - a company that supplies cables to professionals.

  2. I don't know exactly what you think you know but, reading your question, I know you would not get a job in my company.

Monster cables. Go learn some more.

PS = Poor little dear does not like his answers..... Well, if you are not going to learn anymore about HT maybe you can at least learn English.

  3. All you need to know is that dozens of tiny copper conductors, twisted together actually offers the worst signal transfer.  You should avoid all speaker wire and "RCA" cables which use this design.

What you need is solid-conductor copper.  Even better than that is when the copper is coated with silver, or when the entire solid-conductor is silver.  The only company we know to offer solid-conductor products is AudioQuest.  Click the link:  http://www.audioquest.com/

But we've expermented with several alternatives, based on AudioQuest's designs and came with some low-cost options that while they come close to AudioQuest's quality, they more than out-perform the majority of the competition.    Here's that link: http://www.avtruths.com/budgetcables.htm...

  4. if you go to wallmart, in the car audio section, there is blue and white rca cables, they work beautifully, i use them with my stereo, when i switched them i noticed a huge difference between the old ones and new ones, any more quesstions, email me

  5. If all you want a link to a good store and website, go to: http://store.audioholics.com. They've got a really good selection, and if you want to read both pro and consumer reviews on stuff, just click on the link on the product's page.

Also, to back up what others are saying about cable, Audioholics has a special section on cables and cable technology on their website at:

    http://www.audioholics.com/education/cab...

Pay close attention to what they say about Monster Cable.

Then, when you're ready to hear it all:

I hope this is what you're looking for. Good luck!

  6. Monster cable is c**p, similar to Bose.

Anyone that's not loaded buys all their cables from

    http://www.monoprice.com/home/index.asp

  7. I'll be less subtle than "Earth ...". If you think Monster is a good idea you don't know anything useful about home theatre.

See the 1st link about why you SHOULDN't waste money on Monster. Really impress your friends by showing how smart you are ... not how gullible.  It's like anything, anyone can spend a lot of money and get an OK product. It takes someone smart to get a great product for (a lot) less money.

If you want good cables for a fair price see Blue Jeans Cables (or if you want cheap cables see Monoprice at link in the previous response)

  9. Wow, you must be really good with home theater if you know about Monster Cables. Here's a good place to buy them:

I know you weren't looking to learn any more about the subject, but in case you have the extra time, you might check out this enlightening post at Engadget: http://www.engadget.com/2008/03/03/audio...
