  1. I'm having problems with your question.  What is condensating?  Never heard of a drain pain doing anything but sitting there catching water drops.

  2. The drip pan either has a hole in it or you have high humidity and need to invest in a dehumidifier, because the humidity in the air is making the pan sweat.

  3. need more info but ill try either the evap coil is clogged the drain is clogged if its going to a sink the tail pc is to long or you have a negative flow w no p-trap best thing to do is call a tech resourses HVAC tech

  4. If the air handler is leaking, is the pan made of metal if so it might have a rust hole in it. If the pan is plastic and full of water use a wet/dry vac to clear the drain line.

  5. Is the pan leaking or overflowing?

It's suppose to drain off water through the pipe that is connected to.
