Has anyone try it?...how reliable it is....do you get your listed price or even good price for your home?

You mean to sell or buy?  For buying you can get some great deals but other times the prices are worse than whats on the MLS.  You just need to go to a fair amount of these and be patient to wait for the really good deals.  For selling, I've never tried - not even sure you can do it this way if you ony have one place to sell, still the prices the sellers get are often pretty good compared to the best ones on the market, so even after paying the auctioneer a commission this may be an ok way to sell your place.
