Home built ultra(or micro) light aircraft

i want to know what some of the most simple-as ultralight aircraft around some thing like the "weedhopper" basically a seat and wings. also where can i get plans

Contact EAA.org, and join the EAA. Their magazines list the current crop of Light Sport Aircraft. If you are American, constrain your search for homegrown planes. We are at a disadvantage buying planes from abroad. Give the Cessna China-built plane a pass.
