What is something I may have around my house to remove rust from the bottom of my grill? If it isn't something I have around the house I will go buy it, it is just that I would rather use something I can get at the grocery store or hardware store. Thanks for the help!

  1. There are a several things you can try. Get some steel wool or a SOS cleaning pad with some water and try to scrub it out. Boric Acid works well on rust also. You can also try a product called 'Iron Out' which works well on just about anything. http://www.summitbrands.com/brands/IronO... You could use a 3M scouring pad and some 'Real lemon' juice on the rust. You can find all these products in most hardware or grocery stores.

  2. I watched a Mythbusters episode where they removed rust with Coke. You could try that. I know it sounds crazy. I tried to find the episode, but couldn't because they are copy righted. But try that.

But other than that, I use a product called "Grease Lightning" It's amazing! It's in a yellow bottle.
