Home counties- where would you live?

If you had a salary of 25k a year, which home county would you live in, and why?

I have no idea where to live! Help!

I would avoid the home counties altogether if i were you Essex is full of Chavs and Surrey is expensive as h**l, Hampshire is full of soldiers, Berkshire (no its not full of berks only some of them are) is expensive too, middlesex i do not know much about it but i know you'll be very poor there too what with a salary of only 25K a nice county not too far from London is Sussex(although that is quite dear too)

25k is not a lot of money to be able to have a comfortable living in the home counties.

surrey... safest county in britain and voted one of the nicest to live in.. close to london...

I would prefer to live in Surrey, to me its that little bit closer to the sea and also easy access to London.

There are large towns as well as pretty little villages.

Panama, check it out :-) It will be a lifestyle change.
