Home day care, HELP?

i'm opening a home day care.any pearls of wisdom from people who are already doing the same or parents whose children attend home day care would be great.

My mom owns a home day care. I help her a lot.

-Advertisement!

-Don't act fake when people come for an interview or questions, because you will never get kids.

-Don't have "standards" like they have to bring food. (You make more money if you are feeding them.)

-Make you customers pay around $90-$100 a week.

-Find a large business and stick with them, when the people go to work they will bring the kids to you and hten they will tell there friends and family.

-You provide toys, playpens, etc.

-Tell the parents exactly what there child did that day, if you are open they will trust you more.

-Keep your home CLEAN!! and I mean really, really clean.

-If you have kids, its a bonus, they will come to you for advice and stuff like that.

-If you have kids, make sure they are well behaved when the moms come around.
