Home ec in england? im irish so help!?

i live in ireland and for my leaving cert(A levels in england i think) i have to do assignment for home ec and write them into a journal for 20% of my exam. my question is do you have this in england? so far i made yoghurt lemon meringue pie chocolate souffle and lasagne

It's not been called domestic science for about 40 years! It's Home Ec. here as well.

I'm Irish too but I think they call it Domestic Science in the UK
