  1. Go to our local website´s in Germany. go to www.yahoo.de , thats yahoo for Germany, type in "Wohnungen in Frankfurt"

which Frankfurt? there are two. Frankfurt am Main und Frankfurt an der Oder. rent is usually about ..well for a 1 bed, 1 bath, pretty small should be about 600 euros. rent is pretty expensive there.

  2. You could try getting accomodation via the Goethe-Institut. They should have a list of places that take students.

Otherwise, you have to be lucky to you find a reasonably priced appartment in Frankfurt; it's one of the most expensive cities in Germany.

Depending on size and location, an appartment can cost starting from 400 - 1800 Euros per month. Of course, there are also more expensive places...

You could try one of the links below.

    Good luck!

  3. I took a course at that Goethe Institut last year while I was living in Frankfurt. :-)  It is in a nice part of town, right across from the Sudbanhof.  It is walkable from a lot of areas in Sachsenhausen.  If it is only 10 weeks I'd think it'd be hard to find a place through traditional routes.  My suggestion is to check into a Yahoo! group that I found extremely helpful.  It is called Frankfurt in Motion.  If you search that in Yahoo groups and join you can post a message there.  It is mostly ExPats who are members- and there are several hundred people on the list.  Frequently, they post rooms available for rent.  However, you can also post a message up there letting them know when you're looking for a room and tell them you're especially interested in something near the Sudbahnhof, or probably something Near the U 1,2, or 3 lines, which run directly to the Sudbanhof.  I'll bet that you will get several emails from people.  The Expat community is always coming and going- so it is highly likely that someone will have an extra room they'd be happy to rent.  Good luck and let me know if you need any further info!
