I have a spare fish tank in the garage and as i have a fascination with carniverous plants could i grow them in there?

if i added compost and soil, added lots of water to make it swampy and then add the plants?

where would i keep it if i could make it etc, would i need to keep putting in water every week?

thanks

  1. Yes, you can easily do this.  Ad plenty of peat moss rather than compost, which will give it the acidic environment these plants love.  You won't have to water it every week if you keep it covered, which is highly recommended.

  2. It will just go sour.
