Home networking not working

I am running vista home premium,wife is running windows xp mce ,when viewing network, I can see her but she can not see me.I have file and print sharing on.What can I do to fix this so she can see me and be able to access me and my files and printer? I can access her files and printer but she can not access me. Is vista and xp mce compatible?

From her computer, try typing your computer's IP address into the search box under start preceeded by two \'s.

Example: \\192.168.1.101
