Home page incomplete?

Question

My homepage is fine, when using I/Explorer but cannot get any colours or change the theme when using my favourite browser (Firefox). It used to be ok before. It's the same only on my laptops(I have 3). My desktop computers don't have this problem.

Appreciate any help.
