Home parties?

Question

i have just moved house and was wanting to hold a party, i was wondering what kind of parties i could hold and where i get the information for them. i have come across ann summers, tupperware and bodyshop but would like to have a linen or candle party. any tips would be appreciated.

im in scotland if that helps, fife to narrow it down.
