Home phone line?

just bought a place, and will be wanting to get a phone into the place etc, it already has a phone line installed etc how do i got about setting up a number with BT etc and get it connected?

The number for customer services being 0800 800 150, or if you are calling from another BT line you can just dial 150.

Ignore the prompt to enter the phone number you want to talk about, then you'll be presented with another option to press "*" for sales.
