Home-recording help?

Okay, I have absolutely no knowledge on the subject at all. If I buy this: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/FastTrackUSB is there anything else I need to buy with it? Do I need to plug my acoustic guitar into anything or what? I know I'll need a microphone for vocals and stuff... but is there anything else I will need with it? Any advice/tips at all are greatly appreciated. :]

Just the software! Software's the expensive part. I recommend Cubase. But as for hardware, you're headed in the right direction. Good luck!

You don't even really need software - it is included with the M-Audio unit.
