  1. Smoke marijuana.  Even just a little.  Best thing in the world for nausea.  muscle aches too.  It is an herb.  Where do you think the term "medical marijuana" comes from?  Just trying to help.

  2. Peppermint tea is wonderful for nausea, as is inhaling essential oil of peppermint.

  3. Ginger anything!  Ginger/lemon tea, gingerale, or ginger with sugar on it (the kind sold like candy).  They all worked wonders-especially the candy- when I had serious morning sickness.

LOL thumbs down for what?!  Honestly, I said ginger. What is thumbs-downable about saying ginger? Thumbs downers are so irritating.

  4. Here is one I found in a book I have that's very simple;

To help ease a severe bout of vomiting warm 1/2 cup of vinegar, saturate a washcloth in it and place the moist cloth on your bare abdomen.  Put a hot water bottle on top of the cloth for extra relief. Also drink a cup of chamomile tea to calm your stomach and stop vomiting.

  5. Something that does help me with Nausea, since I do have it a lot is Drink a whole bottle of Mineral Water with a couple of drops of natural lemon juice and also take one pill of pepto.

  6. Salted Saltine Crackers and 7-up.

  7. Lemon is specific for biliousness -- nausea related to liver or gallbladder. Take the juice of one whole lemon morning and evening. Can be sweetened with honey. Dilute only as much as needed to get it down. Either sip with a straw to prevent direct contact with teeth or brush after dosing.*

My favorite remedy for nausea is crystalized ginger, just eat it like candy & works immediately. Other helps are a cup of Chamomile or Peppermint tea.

  8. sniff on some essential oil of peppermint

    some ginger (tea, herbal)

warm towel to the abdomen area.

  9. Ginger has a well documented calming effect on the stomach and digestive tract.

I have a recipe for some asain ginger tea that realy works for me when im feeling a bit rough or even hungover.

Cut a thumb size piece of fresh ginger into slices

put the slices into 250ml of boiling water

then get a piece of fresh lemon grass and bash it a bit with a rolling pin, or even the back of a heavy knife to release the flavour and scent,

strain off the ginger infused water into a mug.

add a teaspoon of honey and stir with your bashed stick of lemon grass. yum! yum!

  10. you can drink peppermint essential oil, 1 drop per 20 oz of water.....also, you can rub 1 drob on your abdomen!

    Good Luck!
