Home remedies for acne scars?

Question

What are some effective home remedies for acne scars? I've already pretty much cleared up the acne so my face feels smooth, but the scars are left behind and its not a pretty sight =.=

I have a special occasion next week and my face needs to be cleared up by then, so pleasee help. =[
