  1. From a homoeo shop, u may get 5 gms each of the biochemic salts , namely, cp, cs, kp, ks, nm, np, ns all 3x potency and fp 12x and sil 12x --- mix the powders well and put them in a glass bottle.

    .   Dosage 2 grains t.d.s.

All these biochemic salts are safe and with side benefits. Don’t swallow medicine. The medicine to be dissolved on/under the tongue. Don’t take any thing 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after medication. You can take water. With best wishes from www.saioam.com.

  2. When you wake up, get a wash cloth, run it under very warm water, ring it out and then gently scurb/massage your eyes right where the eyelashes grow in. The heat helps to stimulate your tears.  Do this twice a day, morning and evening.  You may also wish to supplement with artificial tears (nothing that says "get the red out"), preferably preservative free about 4 times per day.  At night, you can also put in an ointment like Refresh PM to keep your eyes moist when you sleep.  It's goopy, but you can wash it away with the lid scubs in the morning.  If none of this helps...see your doctor.
