  2. I have a brilliant one for softer, silkier more lustrous looking hair ♥

Instead of spending oodles of money on organic hair & beauty products that sometimes are dubious in their ingredient lists simply wash your hair with your normal shampoo & conditioner .........  then get a 2 litre bottle and put 2 inches of white vinegar into the bottom of the bottle and fill with warm water ..........  shake up and stand under the shower .......  pour the water & vinegar mix slowly over your hair & rinse off under the shower .......  please ensure that you close your eyes whilst doing this or it may burn your eyes ............  then simply towel dry your hair & notice how super shiny and glossy your hair now is ......  reason being, the vinegar dissolves all the chemical residue that commercial shampoos & conditioners leave in our hair that make our hair look lifeless & lank & dull .............  pretty good stuff ♥

For more radiant looking skin & hair also ensure that you drink loads of fresh filtered water, cut out sodas and soft drinks and any alcohol, cut right back on coffee and tea, increase your intake of fresh fruit and leafy greens and vegies in their raw (or lightly steamed) state, pinpoint any allergies or intolerances that you may have to any foods such as wheat or lactose and try to avoid junky and prepackaged foods ♥ That one's not really  a remedy .......  just a good way to improve overall health & vitality ♥

hope this info helps you a bit♥

  3. Olive oil---instead of buying hot oil treatment I put warm olive oil on my head, wrap a plastic bag around it and let it work it's way into my hair--sometimes for hours.  To get my feet nice and soft I use cocoa butter--I put loads on it on my feet before I go to bed, put old socks over it, and let that work over night---you can do the same for your hands.

To get nice and soft skin all over I take sugar when I take a shower and brush my entire body with sugar.  I soap myself, then add sugar to it and use a body brush in circular motion---that will greatly soften the skin on your body.

To get a nice face I make a mask of honey and oats with a tiny bit milk and leave that on my face for a little while---if you have cucumbers that is also a great facial helper, especially if you put a slice over your eyes.  Another very good mask is mashed sweet potato---all those vitamins and nutrients go into the skin--using those home made beautification supplies can be messy but it's well worth it to me.....

  4. Filtered water is not the health way to go.  There are two kinds of process;  Processed and filtered.  Processed is by far better.  You git minerals from your food.  There is one processed water that adds minerals back in and that is DASANI.  No I'm not a sales person.
