  12. For a home remedy scrounge through the cupboard and find some 'mustard powder' such as the one made by Keens. Then make a foot soak with hot water and a tablespoon of mustard. This is kinda tingly and gets the blood flowing. I think I recall Epsom salts might help too and they're very cheap at the grocery store (old ladies sniff epsom salts when they faint hehe). My local health food shop ladies said to put them in your bath tub and they unblock the energy pathways or some such jargon. But most of all they are relaxing and good in pregnancy etc. Although be careful if you have high blood pressure (salt is bad then)

I take hawthorn berry in smoothies and drinks for circulation and a very important supplement for Westerners is Magnesium as most Westeners are deficient. This is very effective for relieving cramping. Magnesium is just as important as calcium for bone health too which is why so many old women have osteoporosis even if they eat heaps of dairy!

Another thing to do it very simple - put your legs up! Lie on you bed with your legs on the wall straight up, knees slightly bent for about 15mins a night and on your lunch break at work out the back if thats an option too. Dont cross your legs either - be constantly aware of what you can do to prevent veins!! :D
