I don't have any medicine and I can't leave to go get anything until tomorrow. I was wondering if there are any home remedies to help until I can get some medicine. I am out of chicken noodle soup as well :(

  1. Rest, stay warm & drink lots of fluids. I find thermal therapy garments work well to ease aches. Oranges are good for vit C too.

  2. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.  Staying well hydrated when you're sick is important and can help ease the weakness, aches and pains.  If you have a bananna, the potassium is good for you when you have a fever.  Sipping hot tea can be very soothing.

    Hope  you feel better soon!

  3. Make really strong peppermint tea and pour it over a small amount of cayene (about 1/8th of a tsp). Make yourself sweat. Keep this up for the day, about 1 cup every hour or two once you've initially had enough to get you sweating in the first place. Making your self sweat will relieve the fever, congestion and body aches. It will force the illness to "break". The tea is yucky, but it will work, I promise. You'll wake up tomorrow feeling MUCH better.

  4. Take a hot bath in Epsom salt or maybe Oatmeal if you have it. Milk works too, but I dont know if you wanna use up that much milk. Tea is very good if you have Chamomile or Peppermint. If not maybe try regular tea, hot, with a peppermint in it? Hope you feel better! :0(
