Home theatre system i want to connect it to my tv?

i want to watch regular tv by hearing the sound from the theatre system can anyone help me

  1. You don't say what equipment you have to connect, further info required.

    But you should be able to connect your TV to a home surround system if  your TV has an audio output and your home system will accept it's input.


  2. AUDIO OUT from the tv goes to AUDIO IN behind your receiver/ht system.  If your tv has digital outputs, use that, otherwise, use the regular rca outputs (red and white)
