At least give me a formula the questions are PLX at least do one but show me how

best answer goes to the person with most info

Find B, if A is at (5,-3) and M (-4,2) is the midpoint Of Line AB

G is between F and H if GH=6 and FG=8x=2,and FH=16 find FG

Wat is the distance between P(-3,10) and Q (12,-6)

if M<ABE=(6x=2) and M<DBE=(8x-14) find M< ABE

  1. Midpoint Formula is (x1+x2/2, y1+y2/2) That will get you the midpoint asnd if you plug in whatever else it will get you the answers.

    Distance formula is the square root of (x1+x2)squared-(y1+y2)squared, I believe

  2. 1.

    The mid-point formula is x' = (x + x")/2, where x and x" are the x coordinates of the endpoints of the segment; x' is the x coordinate of the midpoint, and y' = (y + y")/2, where y and y" are the y coordinates of the endpoints of the segment; y' is the y coordinate of the mid-point. So to find x" and y", just solve each equation for their value by plugging in x and x' and y and y':

    x" = 2x' - x

    x" = 2 (-4) - 5

    x" = -8 - 5 = -13

    y" = 2y' - y

    y" = 2 (2) - (-3)

    y" = 4 + 3

    y" = 7

    So the coordinates of B are (-13, 7).

    You can verify the coordinates are correct by averaging the x and y coordinates of the endpoints of the segment:

    x' = (x + x")/2

    x' = [5 + (-13)]/2

    x' = (-8)/2 = -4

    y' = (y + y")/2

    y' = (-3 + 7)/2

    y' = 4/2

    y' = 2

    The correct coordinates of the mid-point are returned, so our solution is correct:

    B = (-13, 7).

    2.

    G is between F and H if GH=6 and FG=8x=2,and FH=16 find FG.

    I believe some information is lacking here. Notice you have already said FG = 8x = 2. So what else is there to find about FG? Be specific. Edit the question.

    3.

    Use the distance formula:

    D = √[(x - x')² + (y - y')²]

    Just plug in the values for the x and y coordinates and calculate D:

    D = √[(x - x')² + (y - y')²]

    D = √[(-3 - 12)² + (10 - (-6))²]

    D = √[(-15)² + (16)²]

    D = √[(225) + (256)]

    D = √481

    4.

    if M<ABE=(6x=2) and M<DBE=(8x-14) find M< ABE

    I don't believe there is not sufficient information here to find a solution. We need to know what kind of figure we are dealing with, so that we can at least make inferences about angular totals, etc. Edit the question.
