Homecoming for the first time!?

i am going to be a freshman in high school. the homecoming dance in my school is a HUGE deal..everyone worries about what they are going to wear..i am about 4' 11 1/2 almost 5 foot..dirtyish blonde and very skinny(but not sick looking) i want to look really cute but not little girl cute definitely like young lady cute i really love the color cobalt blue and definitely like magenta and purples..yellow to. i want to have a homecoming dress at least like a month ahead of time...but i dont want to look like im going to prom either! i have a heart roundish face...any ideas for hair too? get back to me ASAP please!

ok it's sounds like your having a hard time. lol ok so you have to trust me im a sophmore this year and i am like the major fashionista. so first lets talk about the dress.  i think you should go for purple or blue.  (i have dirty blonde hair too) if your going for a short dress you should get a bubble dress or coctail.  you don't want a puffy dress cuz ir doesn't work when your dancing.  make sure your dress isn't too long.  if u have bangs you could put your hair half up and half down and leave the bangs down. it would look cute.  or you could do a hump and either curl the rest of your hair or straighten it.  i wish you well!!!

people can give many suggestions but it all depends on you budget of how much you want for a dress..

This dress would go great with your hair color.  And since it's shorter it's not too formal.

For your face shape, you should put loose curls in your hair and wear it in a low, side ponytail.
