Homeland Security is reportedly soliciting proposals for "shock bracelets".?

These bracelets are intended to be worn on airplanes and are intended to immobilized, subdue and identify passengers in the instance of a crisis.

Would you be willing to wear one?

Would such a device be an effective means of security?

Wow that is a change and maybe it might be to protect you from terror!  I will fly internationally soon and as long as it a temp bracelet I am OK with it.  I have nothing to hide.

If every member of Congress agrees to wear one for his or her entire term of office - with the controls manned by his or her constituents - then I would wear them during any flight as well.
