Homemade Halloween costume ideas...?

I am a teenage girl and I want a really cool costume that I can make at home. I want that costume that everyone wishes they would of thought of wearing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

well if by homemade you mean you sew it and make everything about it try simplicity.com and go to costumes section they have tons of cute/s**y/original ideas

my top three cute ones would be

arabian belly dancer, if you wanna try and belly dance practice with a hula hoop. of course on halloween do it without the hula hoop

simplicity has a cute mermaid pattern too, even comes with a trick or treat bag

saloon girl would be cute, its s**y without being sllutty

probably get a plain mask that covers the eye only....then get glitter and do shepes of different stuff on it...then you can get a pretty dress and wear it....(do you have broken jewelry at home?, like beads and chains and those stuff?....if you do then get super-glue and put them on the mask)...and you can even create your own wings or stuff...for example get a cloth and some glitter, decorate the cloth then cut it out watever shape you want then get probably some metalic texta and outline the wings then, then get a skinny and bendable metal and then stich the wings on it from the side and at the end get some elastic and sew it on te wings so that you can wear it like a backpack!!
