Homemade Pre-pointe Shoes ?

I'm waiting for my pre-pointe shoes (pointe shoes without a shank but with a box ) to arrive and i just wanted to know if i could make a pair at home, even if i only get 1 wear out of them and how would u make them ?

I think the only possible way would be to de-shank a pair of pointe shoes..it's best just to wait for the ones you ordered. Sorrry :)

By they way, with demi pointe shoes youre not supposed to go up onto the box.. Just so you know. So really theres no need to make any..

I don't think you can-its too complicated and to make those shoes it takes hours.If you badly need to practice use your current dance shoes or plimsolls.
