This will sound gross, but your spit is actually good anti fog.  No loogies though.

If you are referring to goggles, use your spit and smear it on with your fingers.  Works just as good as store bought stuff.

Whenever I go scuba diving, I just spit in my mask, rub it around, and then rinse it out with the ocean water.  Always does the trick.  There is no way I will ever spend $10 on some solution.
